It just occurred to me that permutations doesn't quite agree with the mathematical concept: >>> permutations "aaa" ["aaa","aaa","aaa","aaa","aaa","aaa"] But that's not really a problem, since you can always just compose permutations with (Set.toList . Set.fromList).
