4D v13 Dates Displaying Wrong in Listboxes

I noticed today that dates are displayed improperly in listboxes in v13. The listbox shows the correct date
minus 1. The data in the table would be stored as 5/22/2012 for todays date but the listbox displays
5/21/2012. Has anyone else experienced this?
