Re: 4D View: Is there a resize column event?
Actually, it doesn't seem to generate a PV On Clicked event. The only option I seem to have is to check it in the form's On Plug In event... And I'm a little afraid to run quite so many plug in commands to get the column widths that often. I may try it and see what the performance hit is... 4D View can be so powerful sometimes, and yet still has holes that make me batty. Can I get text wrap someday, please? :*) On 2/29/04 3:51 PM, "Bill Weale" <Bill.Weale@...> wrote: > How desperate are you? > > Assuming resizing generates a click or drag event... > > You can store the column widths, check for a click or drag in a > header and then recheck a cell width in that column at that time. > > Bill Weale > > > > >> >> Subject: 4D View: Is there a resize column event? >> From: "Justin Leavens" <justin_lists@...> >> Date: Sat, 28 Feb 2004 13:15:32 -0800 >> >> Does anyone know if there's a way to catch a user resizing columns using 4D >> View?
