Chase,

So much depends on the application and how it was developed, and then on how
the users interact with it and their responsiveness requirements.

The simple approach is to try several users connecting at the same time
doing normal functions and time responsiveness.

Then test a burst of activity using the through-put to get a real-life feel
for the where the bottle-neck occurs.

This will help you tweak the application or adjust your line speed...

Hi,

This will be my first internet website. I do not really have any idea on
what kind of speed I need from my ISP to host it. I have about 25 users
expecting maybe 5 concurrent users.

Should It be on a dedicated line? Currently have 1.5Mbs down 384kbp up. Can
go up to 4Mbs down 768kbs up. Lousy I know but, I'm in a small town in
Oklahoma.
