Lua 5.1.2-rc1 now available

Lua 5.1.2-rc1 is now available at

This release fixes all known bugs in Lua 5.1.1, as listed in
	http://www.lua.org/bugs.html

It also contains updated documentation, including all changes listed
in the errata
	http://www.lua.org/manual/5.1/errata.html

I don't recall any bugs in the Makefiles, but if there are any, please
report. (It would be nice if the mingw target built luac correctly, but
I don't know the correct incantation for that.)

As usual with bug-fix releases, no new features have been added.
