Subject: Slowness of Bioperl with GFF3 database access

Hi all, I have a big problem with using GFF3 database with BioPerl. This is not a question about what is the way to write some bioperl code. I'm experiencing that when I have to do a lot of accessess on a GFF database (with Bio:DB::SeqFeature::Store) the slowness increase until my script can stay running for more than a day. How can I solve it? Or it cannot be done? Thanks a lot!
