Is there any module for the protein digestion?

I notice that
Bio::Restriction::Enzyme<http://search.cpan.org/~cjfields/BioPerl-1.6.901/Bio/Restriction/Enzyme.pm>
is 
for DNA digest。 I wonder if there is any module for protein digestion?
