Re: get CDS start site for entry in NCBI

Ke, Chris and Christopher,

     Exploring the ENSEMBL perl API, BioPerl with NCBI Eutilities, and 
Gramene's Biomart, I have learned much and am sure that I can find a 
solution among them. Thank you very much for your help and suggestions.
