Re: localtime()->timezone ???

I believe Java's APIs work the other way as does the gnu/bsd tm struct  
member tm_gmtoff... but I guess that's beside the point. If someone  
else hasn't gotten around to fixing the docs, I'll take care of it  
when I get back in town this weekend.
