Rcpp modules take 3, now with a vignette

Hello,

I've made a quick (5 pages) vignette about the current feature set of 
Rcpp modules. I've pushed the current version here:

The vignette is essentially a compilation of my last two emails about 
modules.

BTW: The c++ code is highlighted using the "highlight" program 
(http://www.andre-simon.de/) and the R code is highlighted by the R 
package "highlight" from CRAN.
