Ruby Error

Dear Rubyer

Saya menggunakan aplikasi yang bernama boxroom, sepertinya di buat di atas ruby..saya benar2 tidak
menguasai ini, belakangan ini errror ini sering muncul di log file yang mengakibatkan beberapa feature (
contohnya create user) di aplikasi ini gak bisa.
Kira2 kenapa ya dan apa yang harus saya lakukan??

A Errno::ECONNREFUSED occurred in user#create:
