Tcl/Tk 8.4.19 release candidate

Release candidates (RC0) for Tcl/Tk 8.4.19 are now available at:

     ftp://ftp.tcl.tk/pub/tcl/tcl8_4/

I plan to make these the actual 8.4.19 release next Friday, April 18,
unless I hear a reason that should not happen.

Intent is for this to be the final Tcl/Tk 8.4 release, so some folks may
be living with it for quite a while.  Please keep that in mind while
making tests on it.
