Tcl/Tk 8.5.3 Release Candidates

RC0 tarballs for Tcl/Tk 8.5.3 are now available from:

     ftp://ftp.tcl.tk/pub/tcl/tcl8_5/

Please test and report back problems.

Intent is to make the final 8.5.3 releases on June 30.
