Agar precompiled libs in GCC

Hi, I came on agar's IRC room yesterday and talked with Vedge
(whom I thank again for his help and time).
I was trying to build agar using msys following the tutorial on agar.org.
(originaly I'm using Code::Blocks and MinGW/GCC compiler). 
I ended up with an error "line 838 cc: command not found".
The error occurs at the beginning of the use of the "make" command.
Other compilations of SDL and freetype worked well.

So for a next version of Agar a preBuilt version for GCC would be greatly 
appreciated.

(I'm an hobbyist developper and such in error in a linux environnement is 
something I can't resolve by myself, sorry).
