Decrypting attachments

Part of the problem is that there is no standard extension on the
attached messages. Sometimes mine have .asc. Others have no extension.
And I never get a pop-up asking for an application.

Since decrypted messages are always plain text, Enigmail should add a
.txt extension to the decrypted message, which might fix this. But
better yet, in the Enigmail preferences we should be able to specify
which application to use to open decrypted messages.
