RFE: Put "Close Tab" icon back on the tab bar.

Like Mozilla, Multizilla makes no effort to make the active
tab stand out visually from the other tabs you have open.
When you combine this with the fact that Multizilla has
eliminated the "Close Tab" icon from the tab bar I find that
I am constantly closing the wrong tab.

Without Multizilla installed, Mozilla displays a "Close Tab"
icon on the tab bar. Using that button completely eliminated
the possibility of closing the wrong tab. For some stupid
reason or another, Multizilla deletes that button from the
tab bar.

And, no, I do *not* want to use the "Close Tab" on the
"Multizilla Toolbar" - it is a huge waste of screen space
to display that toolbar just to get one little icon.

I would have filed a bug on this, but Bugzilla.mozdev.org
keeps saying it has e-mailed me my password without actually
sending the damned e-mail.
