I am new to developing in OTRS and perl and might have a very basic question. I want to modify the look of the tickets so it provides a drop down list with Agents names so each ticket can be assigned to an agent very easily. I would like it to look like the Change Queue drop down list. Does anyone know how this would be done? Or if there is an easy way to do it?
