Status of Bugs

Just wanted to know, what the definition of "after a while" is.

Both (IMHO annoying) bugs (http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2036,
http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2304) still open.
