[PEPr] Comment on Database::SDBA

Hey Mohammad,

I agree with Mike -- the benefit of this code over MDB2 or Doctrine is
currently questionable, especially since it only supports one driver.
Unless there is something we missed, it would still be nice if instead you
contributed to MDB2.
