GSview specific.

The second example in the bug report causes a /typecheck in --sub--.
The only difference between it and the first example is the indirect
reference in the MediaBox.  Both examples work in Acrobat Reader.

#687036 - USER - gs 8.11 does not anti-alias type 3 bitmap fonts

Between 8.00 and 8.11 the antialiases of bitmap fonts changed.  A test
file is provided that clearly demonstrates the difference.

#687037 - USER - segmentation fault in gs with -dMaxBitmap option

Confirmed with CVS HEAD.

#687038 - USER - "image" crashes 8.11 under certain conditions (ok on 7.04)

The example works in 8.00 (and reportedly 7.04) but causes a segfault
with CVS HEAD and 8.11.

#687039 - USER - Interpolated images looks strange on Win32 display device

Per PLRM3 4.10.5 p301 : "Note: The interpolation algorithm is
implementation-dependent [...]"  However, it can be argued that GS
implementation has some counter-intuitive behavior : When enabled, the
display (on Win32) appears to "shift" the underlying raster towards
left/top by 1/2 a pixel approximately.

#687047 - CUSTOMER - fonts renamed in resulting pdf file

This bug is similar to #686911, but the fix for that problem did not
cover this case.  I'm opening this bug separately since it is now a
customer issue.  The attached test file, once distilled to PDF with
GS, contains font names like F30, F19, etc, instead of the actual font
names.
