Yes. It would surprise me, though, if you can end every shipping
cycle with no important questions about the code. The subject of
this thread has to do with whether and how to mark such questions.

If you actually manage to ship without important questions, I'd
still be interested in what marking technique you would recommend
for those who have not yet attained that level of perfection.
