In any case, 4 hours of wait time per day will cost your employer
from $40 (Africa) to $400 (Silicon Valley), or roughly $800 to
$8000 per month, not to mention schedule delays.
I guess in the environment where no one can be trusted with his
ability to handle trivial work activities it is not such a big
price to pay, so be it. Amen.
