Cython 0.16

We are pleased to announce a new version of Cython, 0.16
(http://cython.org/release/Cython-0.16.tar.gz). It comes with new
features, improvements and bug fixes, including

    - super() without arguments
    - fused types
    - memoryviews
    - more Python-like functions
