Reg installation procedure from source on Debian unstable

hi !

  I finally completed an installation from source on Debian unstable
using ets 2.8. The instructions that I followed were very similar to
the one for Ubuntu. I had installed the same packages as the ones
listed there.

https://svn.enthought.com/enthought/wiki/Build

However, there exists no place to include this information here. Also
the existing links for GENERIC and Debian Etch seem to be dead. Can
someone update this ? I could help.
