instaling XML package v0.8.3 in Debian

Hi all:
 
I'm a Debian user, and i try to install the PyXML-0.8.4, and i get the following error when i

run "python setup.py build" to copy *.py files and compile the C

extensions.


"Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 127, in ?
    config_h_vars = parse_config_h(open(config_h))
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/include/python2.3/pyconfig.h'"
 
i appraise any help.
