Endnote is unable to achieve this output. At least I remember seeing that as a note in one of the other styles which require this output. I figure that a Bioinformatics journal should be able to write a script to achieve this- prior to their publishing the paper (smile)! At the same time, you can send this as a request to the Suggestions group at ISI (available on the endnote website) for a future upgrade option. -----Original Message----- From: Cheong-Xin Chan [mailto:c.chan <at> imb.uq.edu.au] Sent: Monday, December 29, 2003 8:41 PM To: Endnote-Interest Subject: Bioinformatics Output Style Hi, I wonder if anyone here has the output style for the journal 'Bioinformatics' (formerly known as CABIOS - Computer Applications in the Bioscience) published by the Oxford University Press. I am having problem in creating the style myself. The guidelines is available at: http://www3.oup.co.uk/jnls/list/bioinformatics/instauth/auth1.html My problem is to spell the author's name without space (as required) like this - Doe,J.M., Case,M.A. and Reid,G.H. I would be grateful if you have any insights on this. Cheers, CX. ----------------------------------------------- Cheong-Xin CHAN, MPhil (Malaya) Genomics & Computational Biology Institute for Molecular Bioscience The University of Queensland Brisbane QLD 4072 AUSTRALIA Tel: +61-7-33462605 Fax: +61-7-33462101 c.chan <at> imb.uq.edu.au Group webpage: http://www.imb.uq.edu.au/index.html?id=11671 ________________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned for all viruses by the MessageLabs Email Security System. ________________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned for all viruses by the MessageLabs Email Security System.
