Scapy works fine for me on FreeBSD 4.11

I just tested it on a FreeBSD 5.4, I had to modify py-libpcap by hand
according to the last comment in the portability page.
I did the following:

# cd /usr/ports/net/py-pcap/
# make
# cd work/pylibpcap- 0.4/
>> Replace line 34 of pcap.py by: if 0:
# cd ../..
# make install clean
