There's still the issue of identifying the category; by name, it  
wouldn't work if the user renames it; by ID, it would lead to  
"duplicates". But I'll think about that.

Use the "View/New viewer/Category" menu to display a category view. It  
lists categories in a tree view and allows you to filter tasks by  
categories; for instance if you check category A in the category  
viewer, the task viewer only displays tasks associated with category  
A. Furthermore, when you have categories checked in the category  
viewer, if you create a task, it's automatically associated with the  
checked categories.
