Does the desktop GUI works from an RD session on the W2K3 box?
Assuming you have it installed that is....

Hi,
 
Thanks , the reboot of machine did start TEMS , but eclipse help server
is culprit now.
Logs do not say anything and i m unable to connect in portal desktop
(shortcut on desktop).

	I did a reconfigure several times on Manage TEMS window and
tried to start again, but no use.
