Tutorial and instructions for h323plus are on the source code download page

Simple  (commandline application) is included in the samples directory

To Build the h264 plugin, you need FFMPEG and X264

On Linux it's the libavcodec-dev libavutil-dev and libx264-dev
Build the plugin in the /plugin/video/h.264 as well as the helper in the
/plugin/video/h.264/gpl directory. Copy both to the same directory as you
built application.

On Windows build the MSVC project
Precompiled libraries.
