I have the same trouble but I think with PORT Mapping into the NAT , 5060 and the media ports you have configured (16384-16389) this reduce the trouble but mayb we

need to configure something more into the sip.conf

Any STUN like solution out to develop por Asterisk????? Or UPnP or something else??????
