Formato ABNT para BibTeX

Pessoal,

Estou as voltas com um arquivo de formatacao ABNT para uso com o BibTeX,
o ABNT.bst, que forneco em anexo. Gostaria de fornecer o nome do programa
que usei para gerar o .bst, mas nao lembro mais. Funciona bem para
referencia a papers -- exceto pelo volume da revista que, na forma final,
nao sai como v.~2 e sim como v. 2, ou seja, permitindo a quebra de linha
entre a abreviacao e o numero. No que se refere a livros, etc., acabei
rodando o bibtex e editando na mao o arquivo .bbl resultante. Alem disso,
usei

minha dissertacao passou pelo "teste da norma".

Nao tenho condicoes de levar o trabalho adiante. Divulgando-o, espero
(a) oferecer uma alternativa aos que se encontram na situacao em
que eu estive a poucos meses (i.e., querendo usar o BibTeX para editoracao
da dissertacao mas sem saber como) e (b) eventualmente, fornecer um ponto
de partida a quem pode editar um .bst e tem interesse no formato ABNT.
