New maintainer of Beamer: Vedran Mileti\'c

Dear all,

I'm happy to announce that the beamer project now has a new  
maintainer: Vedran Mileti\'c has volunteered to take over this job  
from me. As some of you know, I have neglected this responsibility for  
some time now (too much other stuff to do, mainly keeping my students  
happy) and I think it's great someone can take over.

So, as of today, Vedran will, in particular, take over the job of  
integrating patches and the many pending bug fixes into the repository  
and of preparing new releases.
