I don't understand the problem ....

The size of the first triangle is determined by RA

The three points are on a circle determined by RA.

All the points are on three circles

RA --> first triangle

RB --> third triangle

With   \grIcosahedron[RA=4,RB=2]
  you have a strange graph !
