The AUTHORS file in the archive is empty, so who can I name a copyright
holders in the Debian package?

You should remove the last part from the COPYING file. This is only for
the source files.

On the web page is written: "SGML/XML-based systems (e.g., HTML) that
process". Should the comma after e.g. really be there?
