The responses to add "depot" to the folder structure are correct. That
was my problem.

Workspace folder C:\Workspace2 (workspace name is Workspace2).

The original folder hierarchy:

C:\Workspace2
C:\Workspace2\Agents
C:\Workspace2\Agents\AndroidAgent
C:\Workspace2\Agents\AndroidAgent\secondfile.txt
C:\Workspace2\Agents\AndroidAgent\readme.txt

The "fixed" folder hierarchy:

C:\Workspace2
C:\Workspace2\ depot
C:\Workspace2\ depot \Agents
C:\Workspace2\ depot \Agents\AndroidAgent
C:\Workspace2\ depot
\Agents\AndroidAgent\secondfile.txt
C:\Workspace2\ depot \Agents\AndroidAgent\readme.txt

(On the Depot tab, there are 3 depots, named, "depot",
"depot2", and "StreamDepot", without the quotes, of course.
