Wiki links to code?

Hello.  Is there a way to insert a link in a Wiki page that points to a
marker in a code source file?  I'd like to be able to put a specially
formatted comment like:

    # [trac:someLabel]

or:

    // [trac:someLabel]

into my Python or Java, and then put a link into a bug report or Wiki page
that referred to that line.  (I think this would be better than putting in
a link to a line number, since those change as files are updated.)  Would
anyone else find this useful?
