[Trac] how do I edit milestone description in trac 0.10.3

Dear Experts,

How do I edit a milestone in trac version 0.10.3? Specifically, how do
I set the description? I tried reading the documentation but it just
said that if you have the appropriate permissions, then buttons will
appear. I verified that I am logged in as a user with TRAC_ADMIN
permission along with various other permissions, but I don't see any
such buttons for editing descriptions.
