[Trac] can't copy 'tracspamfilter\templates\_svn': doesn't exist or not a regular file

I am trying to install tracspamfilter, I was thinking to make an .egg
file first, then use trac admin panel to install the .egg file.
When I use command python.exe setup.py bdist, I got this error:
 can't copy 'tracspamfilter\templates\_svn': doesn't exist or not a
regular file
How to resolve this problem?
