RE: [CinCV] CinelerraCV 2.1.5 back in AV Linux 5.0
I am concerned by the lack of response to my question. As it is, I don't think AV Linux is compliant to the GPL license, since no source is available and the web pages expressively says that AV Linux is a non-GPL Linux derivative. IANAL, but I expect the developers to provide a clue to my concern, regarding the compliance to GPL. This is my personal opinion, but I think that if not compliant, Cinelerra-CV should not advertise in the cinelerra.org website a distro in plain violation of GPL.
I am looking forward to an explanation.

"AV Linux is a non-GPL custom shop modded and rodded Linux based Operating System built from a hand-picked selection of available tools including Debian/GNU Linux"
Can you clarify what non-GPL actually means? Furthermore, I don't see anywhere any link to the source code, but maybe I just missed it...
