	It's a raw DV stream created with a Canopus ADVC100.   Encoding
	and playing using MPlayer + ffdv work ok (as done using
	smilutils + libavcodec).

	If someone wants the first megabyte or two of the file that can
	be arranged (the whole file is far too large of course).
