Lumiera becomes associated with the ffis

Since longer we planned to work forward to become an project associated
with the ffis.

Now I an positive answer from Joey that we going to become an associated
Project.

The ffis is a german non-profit association for "Advancemnt of Free
Information and Software" (freely translated). Ffis can collect
donations on our behalf and manange funds. The primary goal for us would
be to collect donations to cover expenses such as promotion material and
travel expenses for now. Later we might even pay developers from
donations but we agreed so far that this is not yet the plan (and also
this has certain prerequisites, as in we can only spend money which is
there and that we need to acknowlege some fair way how this should be
done with all involved people)

This now means that we need to do few tasks:

1. The ffis needs some official contact Persons named to represent the
Project. I would propose ichthyo and myself because we live in Germany
and are easily to contact for ffis people (and vice versa), but I have
no objection if anyone else want to take this job.

2. The ffis needs a Project description for placing it at:
 http://www.ffis.de/Verein/Assoc/

Possibly in german I guess, well we have some texts (FrOSCon application
etc.) so this should be no problem.

3. We need Webpage about Donations on our Server, explaining why and for
what we need donations and forward people to the donation forms of the ffis.

4. The ffis needs some contact person who can log into the account there
and review any donations and of course if we get donations we need to
acknowledge how these shall be spend, thats a point for the next meeting.
