libdvdnav now forked in mphq

Hi,
given the total lack of responsiveness of dvd-devel <at> sf.net I decided
to fork dvdnav, thus the CVS repository has been imported in mphq's svn.

A new mailing list: dvdnav-discuss <at> mplayerhq.hu was created
(access http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/mailman/listinfo/dvdnav-discuss to 
subscribe if you are interested) for every kind of development and 
discussion about it.
The whole team of mplayer and ffmpeg developers has commit privilege.

Before posting patches and/or committing code read 
trunk/libdvdnav/DEVELOPMENT-POLICY.txt please.
