modinfo bttv will show the options, like:
parm:           bttv_debug:debug messages, default is 0 (no) (int)
parm:           irq_debug:irq handler debug messages, default is 0 (no)
(int)

I'm not sure if ph7113 has any debug options. A blue screen may mean
that ph7113 is not properly handling his work. You may try to remove
ph7113, probing saa7113 instead.
