I applied the patch and it solves the problem with the spurious packet, 
thank you for the fix.

Unfortunately my server still doesn't recognize the DTMF from PJSIP as 
valid codes. I have to look for something else ... don't know what yet. 
I just found that the twinkle client works well; I'll see if it can give 
me some clues.
