Question about XCF-2022 - Adding provisioning support for Counterpath CMC

Hi guys,

We were thinking on adding support for provisioning the Counterpath CMC 
soft-phone - see http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XCF-2022.
The only problem is that this phone does not provision in a usual way, 
like all the other managed phone do (using TFTP).
This phone needs a http server to serve GET responses with the .ini file 
containing its configuration.

This phone also provisions itself at startup by making a POST request to 
a login server (which it gets from DHCP) and then downloads its 
configuration.

We were wandering what would the best way to implement this feature - 
specifically the communication part.
