Thanks, but I'm not sure I have the time to install and learn SVN.
Snapshots have always been the most practical for me.  I'm always happy
to test snapshots.

Maybe I'll have to revert to 1.1.6, which was useable apart from some
crashes related to the find dialog, though a bit slow.
