Menu Flicker Issues

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I'm trying to integrate some html
designs in a Websphere Commerce implementation which uses Dojo (0.4.1) as
the default JS library.

When integrating the designs, I've noticed that the drop down navigation on
the site flickers very noticably in IE. After trawling through the css and
then back tracking through some of the includes the root of the problem
appears to be the Dojo framework's inclusion on the page. Soon as its
commented out everything appears to work fine.

I've searched the list but haven't really come across anything concrete to
suggest what it could be.

Is this a known issue with Dojo? Has anyone experienced this previous. Is
anyone able to point me in the right direction to debug effectively?

Happy to post up the html to Dpaste or similar if anyone could spare me a
few minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
