evmapper update

Hi Chris,

I've completed an update to evmapper ( http://www.mapbureau.com/evmapper as
always)  New features: (1) it uses the lat/long from the data returned by
evdb instead of its own geocoding (2) A "where" search box has been added
that sets the location argument to the evdb search. (3) The map is zoomed to
cover the area in which returned events appear. (4) [actually this has been
in for about two weeks] a URL for each search is displayed, enabling linking
to particular searches from web pages; eg

 http://www.mapbureau.com/evmapper/events.6.fs2?keywords=impeach+bush

or

 http://www.mapbureau.com/evmapper/events.6.fs2?keywords=republican+meetup
