Setup

Hello there.

I'm getting only the PHP-Info site!
My Setup:
OS X 10.3.9
WebServer X with Apache 2 and PHP5
mod_ruby
Ruby
FCGI

then

I setup the VHost and edited the .htaccess file like it's described on 
rubyonrails.com

whats wrong.

Or do you know a more simple way to setup a Rails Server?
